Eight Steps to Success

Step 1
Keyword Phrase (KWP) Research

• Initial KWP's are taken from the Client Questionnaire
• KWP research begins and we generates a master list of up to 100 KWP’s.
• The list of 100 KWP’s is passed to the client for first pass elimination. Client eliminates KWP’s that don’t pertain to their business/service/industry.
• We take this list and generates ~ 30 KWP’s for client approval. This final list of ~30 is determined through several types of competitiveness research analysis on of the KWP’s.
• After client approves list of ~30, they are assigned to the HTML pages for optimization.

Step 2
Benchmarking Reports

• Inclusion Report – We simply finds out if the domain is IN or NOT IN a list of about 60 search engines.
• Keyword Phrase Report – We take the list generated from above and finds the ranking of the KWP’s in the search engines.
• These reports will be run again in 6 months to determine progress.
• NOTE: If site is brand new, i.e.: not on the Internet, these reports are not needed.

Step 3
Keyword Density Check / Keyword Anchoring

• Client is guided how to create content for the pages needing optimization
• We determine whether chosen KWP’s are adequately reflected in the client created content.
• Suggestions and changes to content as needed.

Step 4
Meta Tag & Title Creation

• Meta Tags & Title for homepage and up to 9 sub pages are created.

Step 5
Creation of Site Map & Footer

• A site map is generated once everything above has been correctly implemented into the site.
• Footer is global and contains keyword phrase rich text links to the pages that were optimized.

Step 6
SE Submission

We manually submits site to the following engines and directories. List can and will vary without notice.
